Facilities and Resources

 Trading Room
This sophisticated practice classroom functions as a genuine trading desk, similar to those used in banks and brokerage firms. The room is equipped with 48 workstations, several of which provide students with access to the Bloomberg financial information system. This enables them to obtain the data necessary for monitoring equity, fixed income, derivatives, foreign exchange and money markets.

These services also allow for the simulation of various market scenarios — involving buyers, sellers, and intermediaries, among others. With these tools, and under the guidance of leading industry professionals, students receive practical training fully aligned with IEB’s Learning by Doing methodology.

 Computer Lab
IEB provides its students with a computer Lab containing 48 individual workstations, available for use both during and outside class hours, with free and unlimited Internet access. Should a student wish to improve their computer skills, additional training can be arranged to meet their needs.

Virtual Campus
IEB’s Virtual Campus is an online platform designed to inform, support and enhance teaching activities. Through the Virtual Campus, students have access to timetables, documentation, videos and communication systems — enabling interaction between IEB and its students, between professors and students, and among students themselves.

The platform also allows for the submission and assessment of exams, as well as practical and written assignments completed throughout the programme.
