A programme that can be a great boost at a professional level
The IEB, in collaboration with the prestigious Ciputra University in Indonesia, invites you to present innovative projects that can add value to the activity of Spanish multinationals with interests in Asia, and in the areas of finance, real estate and tourism.If your project is approved by the multinational, the multinational will finance all or part of the project’s costs and you will work as an intern. With the added advantage of being 100% supported by a mentor throughout the process.
The Programme and its characteristics
This is an international student exchange programme
Its duration is 300 hours in 3 weeks for the preparation of the project proposal, and once approved, a period of 4 weeks of prior preparation and 3 weeks of stay in Indonesia begins
It is aimed at graduates and postgraduates and would be carried out when they join the multinationals as interns
The number of candidates to be selected is from 8 to 12.
It is a blended programme, i.e. it combines face-to-face and online activities.
Its cost is €0, as the amount of the scholarship is used to finance the cost of the programme, which is €3,200
Programme duration and activities
The Programme starts in February. The duration of the programme is 150 hours spread over 10 weeks as shown in the attached table, including the last 3 weeks of the stay in Indonesia. It is foreseen that the teams will have at least one weekly meeting with the mentors and a fortnightly common status presentation meeting.

Programme contents
The multinationals define the challenges and deliverables, and the whole process would be mentored by members of Ciputra University and a professor from the IEB. The methodology is based on the concept of “Design Thinking”, but not from a theoretical point of view, but 100% practical. You will be able to apply what you learn as you go along thanks to the learning by doing technique.
