SUMMARY:Regulación de la gestación subrogada: ¿existe derecho a la gestación por sustitución?
DESCRIPTION:El próximo 26 de septiembre se celebrará el I Foro IEB sobre Derechos Fundamentales\, un encuentro mensual que contará con personalidades del mundo jurídico\, académico\, político y financiero. \nEl objetivo es el estudio en profundidad de los diversos derechos que la Constitución recoge y tipifica como fundamentales\, junto con las libertades públicas\, que están siendo objeto de debate y requieren orientación en la sociedad. Igualmente\, la iniciativa buscará realizar análisis sobre las cuestiones jurídicas de más actualidad y también con las relacionadas con el mundo financiero y las nuevas tecnologías. \nEl tema del primer encuentro será “Regulación de la gestación subrogada ¿existe derecho a la gestación por sustitución?”\, que durante este año ha sido objeto de discusión del epicentro político–social en España. \n  \nInscripción: recepcion4@ieb.es\n  \nCompartir
