The main purpose of the Course is to provide students with adequate knowledge of fair trading standards and of the precedents and administrative practice applied by the European Commission and the Spanish Office of Fair Trading. An analysis will also be made of the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union, and of the Spanish “Audiencia Nacional” and Supreme Court.
