In the last few years, Spain se has confirmed its standing as one of the main markets worldwide in terms of the number of venture capital transactions in general, and M&A transactions in particular, that are carried out in the country. As a result of this, a highly sophisticated professional culture has developed around these transactions.

Against this backdrop, this Programme affords students a comprehensive overview of the venture capital sector and its operation, as well as of the processes involved in buying and selling companies and the financing schemes associated to them. On completion of the Programme, students will possess the theoretical foundations and practical tools required to embark on these complex processes.

The Faculty is comprised by professionals of renown, all of them leaders in their own fields, who will teach their individual subjects drawing on their own professional experience and on a series of topical case studies.
